Shipping
During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Stone Mountain offers UPS Surepost, 2/3 Day Air, or Next Day Air. At this time, we do not ship outside the United States. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to completion of your order.
Shipping Options
Delivery in 3–8 business days after order is processed, pending credit card approval.
Delivery in 2–3 business days for orders placed before 10 a.m. EST. Orders after 10 a.m. ship the following business day.
Next business day delivery for orders placed before 10 a.m. EST. Orders after 10 a.m. ship the following business day.
Delivery in 8–10 business days for orders placed before 10 a.m. EST Monday–Friday. We do not offer upgraded shipping to these states.
Upgraded shipping (2–3 Day or Next Day) is available within the contiguous 48 states only. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically, which will override the standard rates above.
Returns
Stone Mountain Company Store does its best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase. If any item purchased from our website does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return it — unused, with tags — within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of or original packing slip. We only accept returns of products bought from our web-based Company Store. For returns without any order information, please call Customer Service at (855) 268-8123 or email info@stonebags.com with your purchase date and the email address used at checkout.
Purchases marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Repack Merchandise Package the merchandise in the original box if possible. Items should have original tags and tickets attached. Please enclose your original packing slip.

Returning a Gift
If you wish to return an item received as a gift purchased on StoneMountainHandbags.com, please call Customer Service at (855) 268-8123 during normal business hours. Gift returns can only be credited to the original form of payment or exchanged for a gift certificate.
Rules & Restrictions for Online Returns
- Returns must be prepaid.
- We cannot be responsible for items we do not receive. We suggest you insure the package via the carrier of your choice and retain a tracking number for your protection.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or packing slip.
- All products must be unused and undamaged to receive full credit. We reserve the right to deny a refund request that does not comply with this policy.
- We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
- Please allow 7–10 business days from the time your item(s) is received at our warehouse for your credit to be processed. The credit to your original form of payment may not appear until the next billing cycle.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the product to us, and once your package is received and processed, you will receive credit to your original method of payment. A new order must then be placed for the item you'd like. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is defective or you received incorrect merchandise.
Order Cancellations
To cancel or change your order, please call 1-855-268-8123 or email info@stonebags.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Our fulfillment systems are designed to move orders quickly, so we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system due to order issues or low-stock situations. If an item is cancelled, you will receive an email explaining the reason and you will not be billed for the cancelled item.
Quality Issues
We offer a 60-day warranty on products purchased on StoneMountainHandbags.com. If your product has a material or manufacturing flaw, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-268-8123 during normal business hours to arrange a return pick-up.

Shopping Bag
When you add an item to your bag on StoneMountainHandbags.com, it will be saved until you purchase or remove it. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be removed at checkout if no longer in stock.
Payment Options
Stone Mountain accepts the following forms of payment:
Entering a gift card number at checkout will apply the card's balance to your order.
Promotion Codes
To redeem a promotional code:
Enter your Promotional Code on the shopping bag page or at checkout.
Note that codes are case sensitive. Only one promo code per order is accepted.
Click "Apply." If your code qualifies, your deduction will be shown in the payment summary.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on your shipping address. The sales tax amount is estimated until your order has shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of eGift Cards; however, items paid for with eGift Cards are subject to tax.
State and local governments require that we collect tax for items shipped to states where Stone Mountain has a physical presence. At this time, tax applies to shipments made to New York, New Jersey, and California.
