Return Policy
Stone Mountain does its best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase. However, if any item does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return it, unused, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges.
Please email returns@stonemountainhandbags.com or call 866-865-0786 to receive information on how to return or exchange your item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the information on how to send back your purchase.
Stone Mountain Guarantee
We fully guarantee our products for up to one year with a proof of purchase. Outside that guarantee there is a charge for all repairs. Please contact our repair department at 1-877-786-6361 or you can email us at repairs@stonemountainhandbags.com for further information. If you send in your item for repair, we make every effort to have your handbag returned to you within 3-4 weeks.
